Regarding the Provincewide Shutdown The Provincewide Shutdown will go into effect as of Boxing Day Saturday December 26, 2020 at 12:01AM. We are an essential service so we remain open to the public (provincial capacity restrictions apply). We have protocols in place to encourage physical distancing in order to minimize the number of people in our store at any one time, as well as person-to-person contact. Our store is open and you are welcome to come in. We have strict safety measures in place and will only allow limited customers in the store. When you come to our store, please wait at our front entrance (glass doors off our parking lot) for a salesperson to welcome you into the store. This will serve as your appointment. We must limit the number of customers in our store at any time. Only one purchasing group will be allowed in per salesperson. This may require you to wait outside until you are allowed into our store. When you exit please do so at our side door on Bathurst Street. We all wear masks and you must do the same (we provide a mask if you do not have one). We clean rigorously and often and have sanitizer throughout the store for your use and ours. If you come into our store please maintain social distancing. We have signs throughout the store with information and guidance on social distancing. We strongly encourage you to shop by phone, online or take advantage of our storefront pickup. Due to the nature of our business we understand that this is not always possible and you may be required to shop in person. If you place an order for pickup please wait until you have been notified that you order is ready to be picked up. If you don't want to come into our store to pick up your order please call us when you arrive at our store to pick your order up and we can bring your order to our side door. You may also have your order delivered. Please note, online orders are filled and emails are answered Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
