Starkmans offers free pick up!  Order online and save time & shipping charges!

We encourage you to place order by phone, fax or email and we will have your order waiting for you when you arrive.

 

In Store Pickup

All online orders receive an automatic email as receipt of confirmation of the order.  Once processed, all online orders then receive another email which will inform the customer of the delivery/pick up time of their order.   If your order is for pick up please wait for this email so that we can have your order ready and waiting for you.
 
 

Item Availability

 
As we have more than 20,000 items online, please note that not all items on our website are always in stock.  Although an item might appear to be in stock, due to customer demand and availability fluctuations, some items that have an ‘in stock’ notification may not be in stock at that moment.  If you are coming to our store, kindly call us first at 416-534-8411 to check stock.  We can even have these items waiting for you when you come in! 

 

Starkmans offers free delivery on orders over $50 before tax to the following areas in Toronto. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $12 (plus tax). Overweight products, or addresses in remote areas, may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Starkmans offers free shipping on orders over $200 (before tax) to addresses in Canada (outside Toronto). Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate of $19.95 (plus tax). Overweight products, addresses in remote areas, or addresses outside Ontario, may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Please note that some overweight items on our website are not available for free shipping.  Overweight items include but are not limited to beds, mattresses, lift chairs, scooters, wheelchairs, diapers, underpads.  If your online order requires a shipping charge we will notify you of the shipping amount.  Free delivery by our Starkmans truck applies to any order over $50 (before tax) going to a Toronto address (Agincourt, Don Mills, East York, Etobicoke, Leaside, North York, Scarborough, Weston, York).  If you have any questions about free shipping or free delivery please contact our customer service department at 416-534-8411.

 

Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, please let us know within 7 days of your purchase date and we can arrange for a refund or replacement.

If you would like to return a product that you purchased from us please contact us as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You can send us an email to orders@starkmans.com or call us at 416.534.8411 and we will provide instructions on where to ship the return. Once this step is complete, you can ship your product back to us. Only products that have been returned in new, original, unopened packaging with a receipt and don’t conflict with our health regulations policy are eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, except in the event of our error. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable. A restocking charge may apply.

Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns on any of the following: supports (garments worn on the body); medical devices, medical equipment, diagnostics (products that touch the body); clothing and scrubs (garments worn on the body); sterile products; incontinence products; bedding and sleep surfaces; seating products.

Online orders are processed Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST.
