In this role she works with customers by helping select products and services to help drive individualized patient care in the continence, wound and compression programs. While also working collaboratively with each facility to help achieve great clinical and financial outcomes. Bisola has worked as nurse in both acute care and longterm care settings with over 11 years of nursing experience. Prior to joining Essity she worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the primary care, Long-term acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Prior to that as a Neuroscience acute care Nurse. Katharine Burt RN MSc Katharine Burt is the Clinical Director at Essity Canada. Her role involves working with and supporting a team of clinicians that facilitate education in both Advanced Wound Care and Lymphology, as well as the continued development and delivery of continence care programs, services and education with a focus on the support industry, which offers partnership across sectors. She holds a Post Registration Diploma in Nursing, a BScN and a MSc in Integrated Health and Social Care. Katharine completed her Registered Nurse training in the UK in 1989 and went on to work in Acute Medicine and ER. After moving to Canada, Katharine went on to complete RN exams in Ontario and subsequently carries registrations in both the UK and Ontario, Canada. Katharine has spent several years working as a Continence Advisor and has a passion for improving the lives of individuals living with incontinence and sharing knowledge with clinicians challenged with meeting the needs of sufferers. In 2020, Katharine became an active board member of the Canadian Continence Foundation where she collaborates with academics and key opinion leaders. Katharine has experience in the LongTerm Care industry, where she has held positions of RN, ADOC and DOC.
