COMPONENTS:

2 – 19.5 sq” moist hydrogel pads

5 – small adhesive knit sheets

1 – large adhesive knit sheet

2nd Skin Moist Pads (non-sterile) are hydrogel pads made from 95%, pure water. They provide a moist, comfortable dressing to help keep the skin clean.

Adhesive Knit is made from a highly breathable, medical grade, non-woven fabric with the ability to stretch, conform, and fit securely against the skin. It is ideal to hold 2nd Skin Moist Pads in place.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cut 2nd Skin Moist Pad to desired size.

2. Remove blue backing and apply 2nd Skin Moist Pad to skin.

3. Cover 2nd Skin Moist Pad with Adhesive Knit.

4. Change daily.

5. Always reseal unused portions of the 2nd Skin Moist Pads to prevent from drying.
