Instructions for use:
Hot pack

Microwave:

1. Place pack on top of paper towel in microwave.

2. Set power level to high.  Use 30 second intervals until pack is desired temperature.  Do not heat for more than 1 minute.  Pack may be hot.  Handle with care.

3. Wrap pack in a towel before applying.

Cold:

1. Store pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.

2. Remove pack from freezer and wrap in a towel before applying.

Caution:

To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time.  Do not apply pack directly to skin.  Only use as directed.  Those with circulatory problems should consult a physician before using.  Do not use this product with any topical pain relivers or ointments.  This product in non-toxic, however, it is not intended to be eaten or swallowed.  Wait 1 hour before reheating as excessive heating may cause a leak.  Keep away from children.
