For best results, place file slightly under edge of nail and file from corner to centre to achieve desired shape.  Avoid filing back and forth, as this can cause nail to weaken.  Do not file deep in corners.  Always finish filing nails with the last few strokes in the same direction.  Keep out of reach of children.
