Over the years, as German made instruments increased in price, hospitals, clinics, and doctors requested a less expensive but high quality range of instruments for use on the wards, in the emergency room, and wherever low cost replacement instruments were required.

In response to this demand, ALMEDIC entered into a close cooperation with selected manufacturers of fine surgical instruments, and developed the MAGNA line of surgical instruments which appear and perform like the more expensive German Quality instruments. They are manufactured from superior stainless steel, and individually checked under rigid quality controlled conditions. Great care has been taken to describe the instruments accurately.
